We provide the information on this site in good faith, to help you choose our products. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but mistakes can happen. Specifications, prices and stock can change. If you spot something that looks wrong, please tell us.
Product descriptions and images
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours and finishes can look different on different screens, and there can be small variations between production batches. Where a supplier does not publish a detail such as a material or a maximum user weight, the product page says so rather than guessing one.
Goods must match their description. If an item you receive is not as described, your legal rights apply and our refunds and returns policy explains what we will do.

Fitting guidance is general
Any fitting guidance on this site is general. Bathrooms, toilets, baths and beds vary. Always follow the instructions supplied with the product, and check the maximum user weight or load limit shown for each item.
Bidet attachments connect to your water supply, and an electric bidet needs a suitable power supply near the toilet. If you are not confident fitting one, or if new pipework or wiring is needed, use a qualified plumber or a registered electrician.
