Who we are

Toilet Seat Company Ireland is a trading name of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd. Our Ireland administration office is at Iveagh Court, Block D, Harcourt Rd, Dublin D02, Ireland. Our corporate address is Suite 44, 47 Moo 1, T. Nawoong, Meaung, Phetchaburi 76000, Thailand. These are administration addresses, not shops or return depots. In these terms, "we", "us" and "the seller" mean Caruso Consulting Co Ltd trading as Toilet Seat Company Ireland. "You" and "the buyer" mean the person or organisation placing the order. "Goods" means the products you order from us.

Your legal rights

If you buy as a consumer, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022. Nothing in these terms removes or limits those rights. The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission gives free information about your consumer rights at ccpc.ie.

Ordering and payment

Payment is due when you complete your order. If payment is declined or not received, the order is not placed and nothing is sent. You can pay with most major credit and debit cards through Stripe, or with PayPal.

Prices and delivery charges are shown in euro (€) before you pay. The price shown is the full price of the goods, and nothing is added for tax at checkout.

The goods become yours once we have received payment in full. They are our responsibility until they are delivered to you, or to someone you have named to receive them.

Delivery

We deliver to addresses in Ireland. You pay the delivery charge shown at checkout. Standard delivery is free on orders of €90 or more after discounts. Below that, delivery costs €25.00. Express Delivery is available on any order for €25.00.

If you need delivery outside Ireland, contact us before you order, because we can only take orders for delivery within Ireland through this website.

We take reasonable steps to protect your goods from loss or damage on the way to you. If an item is lost in transit, contact us and we will refund the full cost of the item, including delivery. If an item arrives damaged, tell us and we will put it right. See our shipping policy for times, charges and tracking.

Cancelling and returning an order

You can cancel free of charge at any time before your order is dispatched. After delivery, Irish law gives you 14 days to cancel an online purchase for any reason. Our own returns policy gives you one day more: 15 days from delivery. You pay the cost of sending a change-of-mind return back to us.

If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 apply separately. They are not limited to 15 days, and we pay the return postage.

Complaints

Send any complaint about an item or about us to theteam@customersupport.care with your order details. We look at each case individually and will be in touch. If you are not happy with our reply, email caseresolution@customersupport.care. Our complaints handling policy explains the steps.

Choosing and using products

Check the size, fit, maximum user weight and fitting needs shown for each product before you order. Follow the instructions that come with it. The information on this website is general product information. It is not medical advice. If you are unsure whether a product suits your needs, ask a health professional, or ask us before you order.

Our responsibility to you

If we break these terms or fail to use reasonable care, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that was a foreseeable result. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022. We sell goods for home and private use. If you use them for a business, we are not responsible for loss of profit or loss of business. Our liability and product use page has more detail.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of Ireland, and the Irish courts can hear disputes about them. If you are a consumer, you can also bring a claim through the Small Claims procedure of the District Court.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The terms shown on this page when you place your order apply to that order. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your personal data.
