Delivery charges

Standard delivery is free when your order comes to €90 or more after discounts. Below €90, delivery costs €25.00.

Express Delivery is available on any order for €25.00. If you choose it, it replaces the standard delivery charge. You will see the delivery charge at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

Delivery usually takes 5 to 7 days in Ireland. This does not include our order handling and processing time of 24 to 48 hours. Delivery time varies by location.

We do not publish a separate or guaranteed delivery time for Express Delivery. If you need an item by a certain date, please ask us before you order.

Delivery outside Ireland

This website takes orders for delivery within Ireland only. If you need delivery elsewhere, contact us before you order.

Tracking and separate parcels

Once your order is shipped, we email you a tracking number. For logistical reasons, items in the same order may be sent in separate parcels. Use Track Your Parcel or contact our team if you need help.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

Your order is our responsibility until it is delivered to you. If it has not arrived within the delivery time above, contact us and we will find out what has happened. If an item is lost in transit, we refund the full cost of the item, including delivery. If it arrives damaged, tell us and we will put it right at no cost to you.
