Liability & Product Use
Last updated 25 September 2026. This policy is reviewed periodically; if anything here is unclear, ask us before you order.
Your legal rights come first
Nothing on this page, or anywhere else on this website, excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Nothing here affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022. We do not set any fixed limit on what we will pay if we are responsible for a loss.
What we are responsible for
If we break our terms or fail to use reasonable care and skill, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result. Loss is foreseeable if it is obvious it will happen, or if we both knew it might happen when you placed your order.
We sell our products for home and private use. If you use them for a business, we are not responsible for loss of profit, loss of business or loss of business opportunity.
Choosing and using products safely
Our products can help with everyday tasks, but no product removes every risk of a slip or fall. To use them safely:
- Check the size, fit and compatibility shown on each product page before you order.
- Check the maximum user weight or load limit stated for each product, and never go over it.
- Follow the fitting instructions supplied with the product. Make sure clamps and fixings are tight before use.
- Stop using a product straight away if it is damaged, loose or not working properly, and contact us.
- Ask a health professional, such as a doctor or occupational therapist, about your own mobility needs.
Delays and events outside our control
We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by an event outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather. If this happens, we will contact you to let you know. If there is a risk of a long delay, you can cancel your order and we will refund anything you have paid for goods you have not received. If a product you have ordered becomes unavailable, we will tell you and refund you in full.
Other people's actions
We take reasonable steps to keep this website and your information secure. We are not responsible for fraud, hacking or other unlawful acts by third parties that happen despite us taking reasonable care.
Website information
We provide the information on this website in good faith and take reasonable care over it, but errors or interruptions can happen. Please tell us about a possible error, an order delay or a product concern so we can look into it. Third-party websites and services have their own terms.
If goods you receive are faulty, damaged or different from their description, see our refunds and returns policy and contact our team.
